Today and every last Tuesday of each month join Ada and Elsie for a brand-new, fun, skirt-themed  linkup we properly titled "Skirting the Rules". This new monthly linkup will run the last Tuesday every month and be open for a full four weeks.

Every week, Elsie and I will select two favorite skirt outfits linked from the previous month and promote them on our blogs. You are welcome to join as many posts as you like, whether you are wearing a skirt or otherwise!
